Here i will list common questions/problems and solutions for them.
Module license is not ok ?
Make sure that PHP setting allow_url_fopen is enabled, you can see this from Utilities -> System -> PHP Info.
Make sure you submited domain only (like displayed under module info) as license. No http://, https:// , etc.
If needed contact support.
How to debug issues?
Check activity log under System logs, it will show what module tried to do and if it failed or not.
For more debuging enable module logging there you will see all calls that are made to MpegTV api and what are the responses from API.
Install button is grayed out and not clickable?
There are 2 possible reasons, check that your module license is ok, if not contact support.
Your WHMCS already has an server that is associated with MpegTV module, check System settings -> Servers.
How clients can input their own username and password for streaming line products?
By default username and password are random, if you wish to allow clients to choose their own then firstn you need to navigate to module dashboard and choose settings, then choose username type custom, after that add 2 custom fields (Username,Password) to product.
Can clients change their line password?
Yes, it must be enabled from module settings.
